Data Transfer (MB per month)

Every time someone visits your web site, they download a certain amount of data. The total amount of data downloaded at the end of the month by all of your visitors is your amount of Data Transfer. Each hosting plan includes a certain amount of data transfer. Additional data transfer is available for an extra fee. Please see hosting options for more information on extra Data Transfer.

Disk Storage (MB)

The amount of actual disk space that your site is allotted on the web server.   This space is used to hold your html documents, asp, images, etc.  Each hosting plan includes a certain amount of disk storage. Domain Registration or Transfer

All Network Solutions domain registrations and transfers are processed by Hostsiam free of charge!

This is the process of establishing your site's new domain (yourdomain.com) or transferring it from a previous host to our own servers. For new domain name registrations, Network Solutions will charge a registration fee of 600B, which covers 1 years.

We host web sites all over the world, regardless of which country a domain name is registered in. If you need to register your domain name with an organization other than Network Solutions, all you will need to do is get the organization to point your domain name to our DNS (Domain Name Servers).

Unique IP Address

Every web hosting account at HOSTSIAM is configured with a static IP address. This means that you are given a unique set of numbers (xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx) specifically assigned to your web space. This allows you to access your web site via a web browser or development tool regardless of the status of your domain name.

Having your own IP address also gives you the opportunity of publishing your web site to your new web space before actually transferring your domain name to our DNS. This results in NO DOWN TIME when transferring your web site from a previous host.

Some hosts setup multiple web sites on the same IP address which could lead to many problems including browser compatibility issues.

Unlimited Domain Pointers

Every hosting plan includes the ability to have an unlimited amount of domain name pointers. This means you can have as many domain names as you'd like pointing to your web site. (ie: domain1.com, domain2.com, domain3.com - all pointing to the same area.) These domain names must point to your root web, but there are ways that you can redirect users into a specific sub-web within your web site. You will also be able to receive mail via domain name pointers. Each domain name pointer requires a $25 one time setup fee. No additional monthly fees are involved.

Unlimited Sub-Webs

You are given administrator permissions to your web site allowing you to create and delete sub-webs on your own. (ie: domain.com/company1) Each sub-web can have its own home page. This is very useful if you would like to organize your web site into different sections or you would like to have multiple web sites within your main site. There is no limit to how many sub-webs you can have as long as you stay within your designated hosting plan's storage and bandwidth guidelines.
